Services

Everything your pet needs, under one roof.

From the first puppy vaccination to advanced surgery — and the gentle goodbyes in between.

Wellness · Vaccinations

Keeping them well, year after year.

Prevention is the kindest medicine. A yearly check-up lets us catch small problems before they become big ones, and a vaccination plan built around your pet's lifestyle keeps them protected.

What's included
Puppy and kitten vaccinations and first check-ups
Annual health checks and boosters
Tick, flea and worm control
Sterilisation
Nutrition and weight advice from our trained reception team
Two of the team positioning a dog in our digital X-ray room
Diagnostics

Answers, often in the same visit.

Our diagnostic suite is on site, so most tests happen while you wait — fewer return trips, and treatment starts sooner.

Digital X-rayDetailed images of bones, chest and abdomen.
UltrasoundSoft-tissue scans in-house, plus a visiting specialist for heart scans.
Blood testsFull and basic panels run in our own lab.
EndoscopyA camera look inside the gut and airways, without surgery.

Advanced imaging. When a case needs it, we also have access to MRI and CT scans.

Surgery

From routine to complex, in our own theatre.

Every patient is monitored under anaesthetic and kept warm throughout — and we'll call you as soon as they're awake.

Scale and polish under anaesthetic
Extractions of painful or damaged teeth
Home-care advice to keep teeth clean between visits
How we help
Calm, unhurried handling for nervous patients
Advice on anxiety, noise fears and travel

Behaviour · Anxiety

For the ones who'd rather be anywhere else.

Some pets find the vet frightening. We take it slowly, and we'll work with you on ways to make visits — and fireworks, thunderstorms and car trips — easier.

End of life

When it's time, we're with you both.

Saying goodbye is one of the hardest parts of loving a pet. We'll help you judge quality of life honestly, answer every question without rushing you, and make the goodbye as peaceful as it can be — here, or at home.

Cremation, through Legacy Pet Crematorium

We work with Legacy Pet Crematorium and arrange everything for you. There's no right or wrong choice — the option you choose doesn't measure how much you loved them.

Communal cremation

Your pet is cremated together with other companions. Ashes are not returned.

Individual cremation, ashes returned

Your pet is cremated on their own and tracked throughout. Their ashes come back to you through us, in a scatter box or an urn of your choice.

Private cremation

Wait in Legacy's comfort room during the cremation and take the ashes home with you the same day.

Keepsakes

Silver paw-print jewellery, ash-and-glass or ash-and-resin keepsakes, sculptures, garden memorial stones and pet portraits.

More ways we can help.

House calls

For pets who travel badly, or owners who can't get to us.

Hospital ward

Kennels for patients who need to stay, with a separate cat ward.

Pharmacy

Medication dispensed on site, ready before you leave.

Shop and grooming

Food, treats and toys, and a parlour next door.
